CV to be available to CV Mate and/or third party recruitment agencies via our searchable
CV database facility. This is at your option and if selected you may hide your private
details from our searchable database at any time, by visiting the site and changing
your Profile and updating the relevant options.
Please note that all Third Party recruitment agencies and Job Boards have agreed
to our Terms and Conditions and should they be found to be in breach of the Terms
and Conditions, they will be prevented from using our services.
We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration
or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which
you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection
legislation. We will explain more about your personal data in our Privacy Policy.
Transfer outside the EEA: Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed
through the CV Mate database by third parties outside the Economic European Area
("EEA"). This could happen for instance if you apply for a vacancy where the employer
is based outside the EEA. By registering and using the cvmate.co.uk website, you

If you apply for any job or jobs using CV Mate you consent to CV Mate monitoring
the contents of any email sent by virtue of the use of the website.

and you consent to the use of your information in such way.

details directly from cvmate.co.uk. Our service is subject to our standard terms
and conditions and their own terms of business with each employer. Job seekers may
use the entire site services available. This is the most unique concept currently
in the internet recruitment industry. We will at all time keep jobseekers advised
of promotions by third parties and offers we feel they may be interested in.

Delivery & Distribution
Basic Premium Distribution Charge: Once the payment has been made for these services,
distribution of the CV takes place immediately as per the selected sectors and job
titles, and the list of Job Boards agencies/employers is generated. As soon as this
process is completed the service will be considered fulfilled.
In case you have uploaded a blank document or wish to update any information in
your CV at the time of signing up for this service, please contact us via support
within 24 hours with the correct information. If your updated CV is not received
within 10 days, we will continue as submitted with the registration information
provided and the service will be considered as fulfilled.
You are responsible to ensure that you are eligible to work in any location you
select. We would advise you to seek independent advice if you are unsure.

Cancellation:
A cancellation comes into effect on the next working day when the cancellation is
requested outside normal working hours. Refunds will be credited back to your card
within 30 business days of your cancellation order.

The following terms are specific to recruiters that are registering for CV Mates
candidate CV sending service.
By receiving CVs from us you agree to the following:
1. You are representing a bona fide search firm or recruitment agency.
2. You will not contact CV Mate candidates for any reason other than for bona fide
career opportunities that would be considered normal and customary employment. You
will not charge or offer to charge any candidate referred by CV Mate for any of
your services.
3. You agree not to disperse, forward or otherwise transfer any personal information
about any CV Mate referred candidate without the prior consent of the candidate
first. This includes: not presenting a candidates credentials to a potential employer
and/or publishing a candidate's personal information in a database that can be viewed
by others not associated with your firm.
4. You will not send Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) to any candidate referred
to your firm by CV Mate. Auto responses are permitted identifying your particular
search firm practice or search firm website; no other advertisements (other than
details of job vacancies) are permitted without prior approval of CV Mate.
5. CV Mate reserves the right to change or modify these terms. When changed, the
date of the change will appear on the top left of these Terms
6. TERMINATION: CV Mate has the right to terminate any recruiter account for any
reason whatsoever, without any liability to the recruiter.
7. You agree that through your use of the CV Mate website to agree to abide by UK
laws.
8. INDEMNITY: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CV Mate, its officers,
directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands,
including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from
your use of CV Mate.
Specific to Job Boards
The following terms are specific to Job Boards and website owners that are receiving
candidate registrations.
By receiving Registrations from us you agree to the following:
1. You are representing a bona fide Job Board or CV Search database.
2. You will not contact candidates for any reason other than for bona fide career
opportunities that would be considered normal and customary employment. You will
not charge or offer to charge any candidate referred by CV Mate for any of your
services.
3. You will not send Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) to any candidate referred
to your firm by CV Mate. Auto responses and Jobs by email are permitted identifying
your website. No other advertisements (other than details of job vacancies) are
permitted.
4. CV Mate reserves the right to change or modify these terms. When changed, the

CV DISTRIBUTION SERVICE
By using the CV Mate Job Board registration service you agree that you would like
your job seeking details registered with job based websites. During registration
to the service you provide us authority to agree to the Third Parties terms and
conditions on your behalf. We will not agree to any terms that result in a financial
commitment. We will only provide data that is required to enhance and aid your job
seeking activities.
If you register with CV Mate for our Premium CV Distribution forwarding by email
service you agree and acknowledge that:
CV Mate may adapt, modify and reword in such way and to such extent as CV Mate considers
appropriate the information contained in your CV in order to produce a CV in the
style and format CV Mate sends to recruitment agencies.
CV Mate shall have no liability to you as a consequence of or arising out of any
adaption, modification or rewording referred to above.
CV Mate will distribute your CV and registrations details to the following third
parties: employment agencies, HR departments and job sites who offer CV search facilities
to employment agencies and HR departments. To edit or delete your information from
these third parties, you must contact them directly. A list of all these third parties
is available on request.
CV Mate does not assume responsibility for guarding against the acts of these third
parties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special
or other damage resulting from third parties access to your CV and registration
data of whatever nature.
